Wilf's Cabin is in the heart of it all!

The New Forest is renowned for its ever changing scenery and habitat. One minute you will be in shady, broad–leaved woodland and the next, out on the open heather and Wilf’s Cabin is in the heart of it all. For the horse rider or carriage driver there is absolutely no road work required; access is directly onto the Forest and you will be able to ride or drive for miles without the need to cross a major road. Similarly, cyclists and walkers have direct access to over a hundred miles of signed, gravelled tracks which penetrate the Forest in all directions.

For the naturalists the flora and fauna is second to none. The New Forest is famous for its rare birds and wild deer. Sixty eight species of birds and five species of deer have been sighted on the property, so you won’t have to walk far to find some of them.

Clay pigeon shooting and fly fishing for trout or salmon is also available within a half-hour drive and qualified coaches and guides are available if required.
